Employing highly skilled and competent trainers in your organization can be difficult. Being a trainer can be one of the most exciting and fulfilling occupations on the planet. However, if trainers are missing some critical knowledge and skills, it can be a major struggle and create a high stress environment on your team.

The secret to success is to learn from the masters in the arena of training in the field of arboriculture – people who educate and train in hands-on skills areas repeatedly around North America. At Arboriculture Canada, we believe that there are certain organizations that may require high level training of their key trainers in order for them to meet their human resources and budgetary goals.

This Train the Trainer Certification program will increase a trainer’s confidence in the training arena by a thousand-fold. You’ll be shocked at what your trainers can achieve in your organizations once they have been properly educated in the intricacies of this field.

This program is a professional development opportunity in a virtual format for current leaders, managers and trainers or those looking to move up and fill these spots. Not only will it enhance communication and training skills, students will learn about themselves, their learning and leadership styles and how to recognize these in others. If you have heard about our popular Chainsaw Train the Trainer programs, and the high success for trainers who have taken this program, this is an opportunity to learn the highly effective skills of being a successful trainer without the chainsaw component.

Here is just a portion of what trainers will learn:

· Values based leadership

· How to control the energy and mood in the group

Testimonials

I thoroughly enjoyed the Train the Trainer program. The information presented and the learning techniques were brought forward in a challenging, fun way. The course required us to step out of our comfort zone, but the rewards were fabulous. I would recommend this course for several reasons.

I learned about myself and the power of collective energy. I look forward to serving in this platoon but mostly I feel honored to have spent this past week with seven of the coolest trainers I've ever met.
