Wondering what our custom programs look like? Here's some information
You select the date and location and our elite trainers will come to you.
You provide the venue for classroom work and a field site for your team to practice what they are learning.
Typically programs are approximately 30% classroom and 70% field work.
All attendees receive a Certificate and Wallet Card to document the training. Many organizations are also requesting competency field testing which results in Qualification status and proof of knowledge and ability. Documentation can be useful for insurance premium reduction, regulation compliance and internal training management.
It is best to request private training 3 – 6 months in advance, however, sometimes we are able to book training on shorter notice.
Skills testing, including written, verbal and field demonstrations performed one on one with an expert evaluator provide Qualification documentation that you can count on to ensure your crews are qualified to perform their work.
Competency Testing and Qualification
Competency Testing and Qualification is distinct from other certifications available in the industry because it tests and documents the hands-on competency of the candidate and provides documentation and validation that the candidate not only ‘knows’ the subject area, but is competent and qualified to perform the work in the applicable discipline.
